Verse 1
In Bethlehem, love was born
God so near, God within us
In such profound silence
The light came, the voice came
Verse 2
He walked among the wounded
He welcomed those whom no one saw
Every step, every word
It was the Father who smiled at us
Pre-Chorus
When He speaks, fear falls away
When He touches, everything returns to the Father
Chorus
Jesus…
Son of God
Jesus…
Faithful Lamb
Jesus…
Your love reached us
Your love saved us
Verse 3
On the cross He opened His arms
Even in pain He chose to love
He carried our sins
To teach us to forgive
Pre-Chorus
On that cross, life was born
In that pain, our wound was healed
Chorus
Jesus…
Son of God
Jesus…
Faithful Lamb
Jesus…
Your love us He reached
Your love saved us
Bridge (very slow, repetitive)
On the third day He lives
On the third day He lives
Death could not win
Death could not win
(grows slowly)
He lives
He lives
Final Chorus (soft)
Jesus…
Name above every name
Jesus…
Eternal hope
Jesus…
Receive our adoration
Receive our adoration
