His Name Is God

He who gave us life
The reason for our existence
He is the one who created heaven and earth
And filled our conscience with love
He placed in every heart
The hope of a new dawn
Even amidst pain and loneliness
His voice keeps us going
He who protects us is present
In every step of the journey
Silently caring for us
Even when the soul is weary
In moments of sadness
He comes to comfort
In moments of weakness
It is His strength that lifts us up
He who bears the name
Of our Heavenly Father
Eternal source of love and forgiveness
Holy and divine refuge
His embrace is peace for the soul
His light illuminates the darkness
When the world loses its calm
He holds our hand

His name is God
God who heals, supports, and guides
Who never abandons His children
Not even on the coldest nights
Oh God, transform tears into hope
Make faith spring forth where fear exists
Your love is infinite and eternal
You protect us at all times
We must give thanks and trust
Even without understanding tomorrow
Because God's love is eternal

And sustains every morning

His name is God
Beginning, way, and light
The hope that never dies
The love that comes from Jesus.
